Pediatrician-led coaching to help you understand your child, trust your voice, and parent with more presence, confidence, and joy.

Parenting is not just what we do. It's how we bring ourselves to our child.
There are so many things to learn when raising children.
Knowledge matters.
Development matters.
Strategies matter.
But every day we are faced with moments that no book, video, or checklist can fully prepare us for.
We can learn every technique and still come face-to-face with the uncertainty of 'now how do I handle this situation?'
In these new situations, children pay more attention to our state of being than any words or actions.
Aleli believes this uncertainty is not a failure of parenting.
It is the fertile ground where parenting truly comes alive.
It is where we begin to understand our child more deeply, trust our own voice, and connect with our child in the unique way that fits our relationship.
Aleli Coaching empowers you to cultivate confidence and clarity in these daily moments where things feel new, hard, and uncertain.
Aleli helps you identify your child's spark and bring the light of your presence to it.
That’s why Aleli exists.
I'm Jeff — pediatrician, father of four, and your guide at Aleli.
During my first year as a pediatrician, I sat with a mother and her toddler in the clinic room as the child experienced a huge tantrum. The mother looked at me as if to ask, "What do I do now?"
That moment ignited years of research, study, and partnership with families. I realized something essential that now guides Aleli: parents need more than just information.
They need a place to bring the real, uncertain, emotional moments of parenting – to feel seen and heard, and to remember that they have many of the answers within themselves already.
I created Aleli to hold both parts of parenting: the knowledge that comes from science, pediatrics, and child development, along with the deeper truth learned from families that children seek the fullness of our heart and presence.
Because every child has a spark, and that spark shines brightest when the parent is connected to their own wholeness and authenticity.

You love your child deeply.
You want to understand them, support their development, and help them become fully themselves.
But parenting is full of uncertainty.
Children show us new parts of themselves every day - they grow, change, resist, cry, amaze us, cling to us, explore our limits, regress, refuse, and surprise us.
Growth brings children into the unknown. That is the nature of development. And this unknown often brings out big emotions and new behaviors.
Modern parenting culture tells us that if we learn enough, prepare enough, and optimize for the right strategy, we can be certain that we'll get what we want.
Our children will sleep.
They will eat well.
They will be off social media and love being outside.
They will behave, learn, socialize, play independently, and listen to us.
We will feel calm.
We will know we are doing well.
So we keep searching, trying new strategies, watching more videos, convinced this next tactic is finally the thing that works.
And still, the hardest moments remain. So we start to wonder:
Is this normal?
Am I failing as a parent?
Am I doing enough?
Is something wrong with my child?
This is where many parents begin to disconnect from themselves.
Instead of feeling safe enough to be curious, the pressure to "know what to do" moves us into fear, control, comparison, and urgency.
It's not that the strategy didn't work because it was a bad idea, but rather because parenting is not only about what we do.
It is about how we are when we do it.
A strategy only becomes meaningful when it is connected to your values, your beliefs, your body, your voice, and what you deeply know to be true.
Children feel that consistency. It helps them feel safe.
And when children feel safe, they have more freedom to discover their own voice, express who they are, and let their spark shine through.
Aleli offers a different way.
Rather than exclusively focusing on scripts and strategies, Aleli helps you work with something deeper. Something more sustainable.
Aleli helps you understand your child more deeply — their development, temperament, personality, needs, and spark, based on their age.
And Aleli helps you understand yourself more deeply — your beliefs, values, triggers, preferred strategies, and voice. So you can parent from who you truly are.
Your state of being naturally shines when you parent from this place that feels true.
It does not have to be perfect or look like anyone else's parenting. But it does need to feel honest and aligned inside of you.
Together, we begin to look at daily moments with your child in a new way. We explore challenges not only as problems to solve but as opportunities to be curious about your child.
Through coaching, reflection, child development guidance, and mind-body practices, Aleli helps you move from fear, pressure, and uncertainty into a more peaceful, whole, authentic way of being with your child.
Aleli coaching is not therapy. It is not medical care. It is not a rigid parenting philosophy.
Aleli is a trusted place to be seen, heard, and guided as you bring your whole self to this sacred, messy, uncertain, beautiful work of raising your child.
Aleli coaching is designed as an ongoing relationship. We meet three times per month for one-hour sessions, with text support available between sessions. Together, we make space to understand your child, center your state of being, and practice in the real moments of family life. Choose the path that feels right for your family.
